Best 'improved vanilla' Emerald hack?
Hey there, I'm super new to this whole hack thing and have never played one. In fact, I've only recently become a Pokémon fan again after having abandoned the series back in 2009 with Platinum. I want to relieve childhood memories and play Emerald again. Norton ghost boot disk.
From the little research I've done there are many 'new content' hacks, which I'm sure are great, but they are not what I'm looking for. I'd just like to have a hack that gives me the original game in an improved variation. Fixing some of the game's quirks (running in-doors, infinite TMs) are interesting things I'd like to have, as well as a way to get all the trade-evolutions in other methods. What I'd like to keep unchanged is the difficulty.
However, there are so many different hacks out there who do just that. Sooooo many. 'Expert Emerald' seems to be the most popular one, but as I said, I'd like to have the same difficulty.
